Role Overview:
We are looking for an ERPNext Implementor to lead the configuration, deployment, and optimization of our ERP system. You will be responsible for translating our business requirements into functional workflows within Frappe ERPNext, ensuring data integrity, and training our team on the latest features.
Key Responsibilities & Module Expertise
1. Finance & Treasury:
● Implement multi-company structures and multi-currency with Consolidated Financial Statements.
● Configure Accounting Dimensions for granular reporting without cluttering the Chart of Accounts.
● Manage Accounts Payable/Receivable, Budgeting, and Fixed Asset Life Cycles.
2. Human Resource Management:
● Deploy the standalone HRMS app, covering Recruitment, Onboarding, and Payroll.
● Configure complex Shift Management and Leave Policies.
3. Supply Chain & Inventory (Stock & Buying):
● Configure multi-level Warehouses, Serialized/Batched Inventory, and Landed Cost Vouchers.
● Implement automated Reorder Levels and Material Request workflows.
4.Purchasing
● Strategic Sourcing: Configure Supplier Quoted Items and Supplier Scorecards to evaluate vendor performance based on delivery time and quality.
● Procurement Workflows: Design multi-level Purchase Requisition and Purchase Order approval hierarchies using the v15 Workflow engine.
5. Sales & CRM
● Set up Lead-to-Quotation pipelines and Sales Partner commissions.
● Configure Subscription Billing and Loyalty Programs.
6. Project Management & Support
● Implement Project Costing, Timesheets, and Gantt-based scheduling.
● Setup the Helpdesk/Support module with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Required Qualifications
● Experience: 5+ years of ERP implementation experience, 2+ years of ERPnext implementation experience.
● Multi-ERP Background: Extensive previous experience with SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or Microsoft Dynamics is mandatory to ensure best-practice process mapping.
● Technical Depth: Ability to write Server Scripts, create API integrations, and build custom Dashboards using workspace builder.
